Here’s a veg recipe – Paneer Masala

Ingredients :-

  • 250 gm paneer cubes
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 4 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Method :-

  • Boil water in a pan and add salt and paneer cubes and leave it aside for a few minutes to soften the paneer.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, pepper, turmeric powder and tomato and cook for a while.
  • Add paneer and garam masala to the above mixture before garnishing with green chillies.
  • Serve paneer masala hot.
