Grilled Chicken Florentine Pasta is a quick dinner recipe needing you to add grilled chicken, spinach and a light cream sauce to the linguine.

Grilled Chicken Florentine Pasta is delicious

Ingredients :-

  • 2 bone-in chicken breasts
  • ¾ tsp salt, divided
  • ¾ tsp black pepper, divided
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup uncooked linguine
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

 

Method :-

  • Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  • Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray and and grill for 10 minutes on each side. Let it stand for 10 minutes and carve chicken off bones, and thinly slice.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain well and keep warm.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high flame. Add oil to pan and then add flour and garlic and cook until garlic is golden brown. Add broth and bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Add cheese until it melts. Add remaining 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, and spinach and stir until spinach wilts. Add pasta and chicken and toss to combine.
