Coffee Smoothie is a gooey mocha coffee smoothie made with frozen bananas, almond butter, cocoa powder, and chia seeds. 

Coffee Smoothie is delicious

Ingredients :-

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large pitted date
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup cold brew or cold strong coffee
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 ice cubes

 

Method :-

  • Blend the chia seeds and milk in a blender. Let it sit for 10 minutes for a creamier smoothie.
  • Add the coffee, banana chunks, almond butter, vanilla extract, date, cocoa powder, and ice to the blender.
  • Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase the speed until everything blends into a smooth and gooey smoothie.
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
