Healthy Avocado Egg Salad Recipe is a quick hunger fix if you just have a toast, eggs and avocados, lemon and olive oil.

Ingredients :-

  • 2 avocados
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 handful of dill
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • juice of one lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • drizzle of olive oil (as required)

 

Method :-

  • Mash the avocados in a bowl with the back of a  spoon until smooth.
  • Hard boil the egg and cut them into small pieces.
  • Mix and serve. Mix the eggs with the avocados, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil as per your taste.
  • Serve immediately or serve cold on a toast.
